Job Description
The Software Development Engineer (SDE) is responsible for all phases of software development at both the application and systems level. This will include (but is not limited to): requirements documentation, systems analysis, code creation, unit and regression testing and product documentation, both code internal and end-user specific. This role reports to the Senior Director of Technology.

Your Role
• Develop world-class software to requirements generated by the company Product Managers, Project Managers as well as technology department staff.
• Execute UI/UX experiences to specifications. This may entail native Windows forms and/or console applications, web-based applications, and native mobile applications (Android/iOS/Windows)
• Integrate newly developed software with existing systems
• Project planning and resource tracking
• Interact with representatives of customer companies, both technical and non-technical. Must be able to discuss technical subjects with non-technical participants
• Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into our operations and solutions
Your Profile
• C#, ASP.NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio 2005/2008 and Visual Studio (2010+)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must be proficient in all areas of systems development; front-end, middle-tier and data layer
• 7+ years’ development experience utilizing the Microsoft stack
• Proven ability to operate in a team environment that incorporates managed consultants on a regular basis
